RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any orders.

 

2. Replacement / Exchange Eligibility

Replacement or exchange will only be considered if:

  • The product is damaged at the time of delivery
  • The wrong product has been delivered

 

3. Reporting Issues

Any issue must be reported within 12 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).

4. Verification & Resolution

Our team will review the issue and decide on replacement or exchange. The final decision rests with Subash Floratic.

5. Perishable Nature

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, complaints raised after the specified time window will not be considered.
